Teal EV is Launching the DCFC Site Revitalization Program in BC, Ontario, and Quebec

Across Canada, a growing number of DCFC sites are underperforming, failing outright, or running on hardware their manufacturers no longer support. For many operators, there isn't a clear path forward.

As a Canadian DCFC manufacturer, we're launching the DCFC Site Revitalization Program to give those operators a concrete way forward. For qualified sites in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec, we will replace existing equipment and return sites to reliable commercial operation — under one of two partnership structures, with one option requiring no capital from the operator.

OPTION ONE
Teal-Operated Revenue Share — We replace your existing equipment at no capital cost and take on full responsibility for operations, maintenance, payment processing, dynamic pricing and carbon credit administration. You receive a share of charging and carbon credit revenue, with minimum guaranteed monthly payments available for qualifying locations.

OPTION TWO
Managed Service Conversion — You retain full ownership and all revenue. We replace the equipment and provide ongoing managed service — remote diagnostics, preventative maintenance, payment processing and carbon credit support — for a fixed monthly fee.

Both structures are designed to restore sites without abandoning the electrical infrastructure you've already installed.

At this stage, we're looking to connect with interested operators in BC, Ontario and Quebec. Partnership structures and terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. If your site fits this picture, we'd like to hear from you.
