Teal Chargers are secured to the ground with the anchor bolts. Access Panels are secured with tamper resistant screws and locks.

There will be a $7 to $10 monthly data fee for cell service if required.
There is a total of $30 per month fee for the payment terminal, and software maintenance/subscription.

As part of the setup and installation process, Teal will provide you with a dashboard where you can remotely control and monitor your Teal Chargers. The dashboard will provide you with a set of tools to set charging costs, monitor the charger status, invoicing and more. Operational and Financial Reports will be downloadable or automatically emailed on a schedule.

No. When connecting using 4G cellular, all SIMs are supported.
When using ethernet, in odd cases the device needs to be whitelisted. Otherwise the device is typically plug and play.
